Connector-Tech ALS is continuing the monitor the Australian Federal and State Government guidance and controls in response to the outbreak.

We have an agile, innovative and resourceful team of sales technicians and support staff in place at our Brisbane office and will continue to source and provide the best solutions for our customers. We have instituted additional cleaning procedures in our offices and warehouse and enhanced our disinfecting procedures with our warehouse staff to esnure our customers' safety.
Sales and Support Enquiries
Our sales technicians are actively responding to emails info@ctals.com.au and calls to 07 3376 4900. We have developed a global network of suppliers over our many years of operation and are well placed to adapt to the rapidly changing supply chain landscape.
Collections and Office Visits
We can ship to the Brisbane metro area with Couriers Please for $9.95 to assist with any inconvenience caused. We are also offering contactless Click and Collect from our outwards goods for orders made in advance.
Shipping and Deliveries
Our courier services are currently operating as normal and at this stage and are exempt from business closures. For deliveries to our warehouse, please ring the doorbell when you arrive at the warehouse and place the delivery in the designated area on our ground floor.
Web Orders
Web orders, including eBay orders, will be processed as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience as we work to fulfill your requirements with as little delay as possible.
